A trip for anyone, tourist or a local, is always a good time on the B.C Ferries, particularly on the run between Victoria (Swartz Bay) and Vancouver (Tsawassen). Heck, even in the rain the journey is awesome and beautiful! For the most part, the ferries are perfectly clean, comfortable and offer excellent amenities including open WiFi, plasma TVs, good food, play areas, and comfortable seating lounges. Perhaps the best part of the trip though is the stunning scenery. The entire 90 minute trip, from start to finish, is a photograph that’s waiting to be captured, even on a cloudy, rainy day. Here’s a video gallery captured on a January sailing from Swartz Bay to Tsawassen, just a small sampling of what can be seen along the trip – and yes, it was cold, wet, and windy when preserving these moments!
